Acceptance
By accessing or using Aivento's services, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before engaging our services.
Services
Aivento provides specialist marketing services — website builds, SEO, and AI UGC content — on a project or retainer basis. Service scope, deliverables, and pricing are defined in individual client agreements.
Payment
Services are billed monthly in advance for retainer engagements, or by agreed milestone for project work. Cancellations require 30 days written notice. No refunds are provided for partial months.
Intellectual Property
All work product created for your business is yours upon full payment. Aivento retains the right to showcase anonymised results as case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Aivento's liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding three months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of our services.
